I took some photos of multiple Sheldons that Knitty decided not to use, so I include them here for your enjoyment. These were test knit for me by Michelle Lim, Cristi Brockway, April Simmons, Jamie Slegel, and Lynnea Motter. All the turtles were knit using Knit Picks Shine Sport. Michelle knit the blue turtle, which is done in aquamarine and turquoise. Cristi knit the pink turtle in blush and orchid. April knit the turtle in red (cherry) and purple (orchid). Jamie knit the green turtle in grass and green apple. Finally, Lynnea knit the green and purple turtle in grass and orchid. Thanks to all of them for their great work!
Thanks also to my model in the third picture, Ella Johnson, who is my adorable niece.

Congrats on publishing your first pattern! All the Sheldons look great, and so does Emma. I'm looking forward to making myself an adorable turtle.
I just LOVE that turtle, what a cutie! Hope to have the time to make him some day. The removable shell is just too funny ;-)
I LOVE all the colors! I can't wait to make a few of these myself!
This pattern is just too *&$#%( cute!! Now if I didn't have so many kids I would actually have time to knit things for them!
Hi,
ich love this wonderful pettern. Thank you!
Hugs Daniela
I'm curious why the blue one looks so much larger than the others -- was it just stuffed more?
Sheldon's the cutest turtle....ever...I'm running to my stash as we speak!

Thank you so much for the pattern. My niece absolutely loves it! To go with it, I was able to find a book about a turtle that lost its shell -- too cute!
